Compliance Monitoring

Superior Management will arrange for and oversee the compliance file monitoring as determined by the guidelines associated with the projects’ funding sources. The Authority can expect Superior Management to abide by and implement, to the degree possible, the compliance monitoring standards outlined by HUD, LIHTC, Bond, Housing Choice Voucher and the Section 8 Contract Programs.
